Everyday Yoga - Out of the Studio and Into Life!
Wednesdays | 5:30pm-6:45pm
No mats, no blocks, no straps, no problem! “Everyday Yoga” is about learning yoga concepts and tools, then applying them to our everyday life. Over six weeks, we will explore many of the basic yoga concepts of using our breath and chair/wall poses to quiet the mind and focus on the now. We will learn and practice techniques that we can use at home, office, bike, or hike. Wherever we are on our life journey, let’s adapt yoga to support you! If you never have ‘done’ yoga, this is a good place to start. And the time to do so is NOW.
Wear comfortable, daily life clothing and bring a friend!
Alcoholics Anonymous

Rainbow Alley Northern Colorado
Thursdays | 12-7pm & on Fridays | 12pm-8pm
Rainbow Alley is the youth services department of The Center. As part of the department we have a safe, drop-in space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and intersex youth and allies ages 12 to 21.
Rainbow Alley youth and their families take part in support, education, advocacy, and leadership opportunities—and have fun!—in an environment free from discrimination, hate, drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. We recognize the emotions that youth and their families face when confronted with issues of sexual orientation and gender identity. Rainbow Alley offers resources and referrals to support those in need.
